Questions about the 3D configurator
Yes. Designing, saving and sharing is completely free and without obligation. You only pay once you accept a partner's quote after your request.
Yes. Save your design, share it with colleagues or clients, and continue later. Your request list keeps up to 10 configurations.
No. You set the pace: experiment as much as you like and submit your request only when your design is ready. A request is always without obligation.
That depends on the model and the number of layers. A balloon column of nine layers has four balls per layer plus a top balloon; a cluster works to a fixed build per size. The exact number appears in the request as soon as you add the display, so you do not have to count them yourself.
The 27 colours are PMS-defined and cover most common house styles. If your colour is not there, lay the PMS code next to our colour chart and pick the nearest. On a glossy ball that difference is often invisible. For an exact match on a large order, talk to your partner, because it depends on the run.
As long as you like. There is no gas in the balls. They clip mechanically onto the frame, so nothing can escape and there is nothing to top up. A display you put up today looks the same weeks later. For long-running displays we advise a monthly visual check.
Your own team. A balloon column takes about 30 minutes, a cluster a quarter of an hour, without a helium tank and without specialist tools. A manual is included and there is an instruction video. If you would rather have it done for you, that is something to arrange with the partner in your region.
Then you swap the balls and keep the frame. That is the whole idea behind the system: the frame lasts 50+ reuse cycles with a 5-year warranty, and colour is the part that changes per occasion. A second set of balls costs a fraction of a new display, and the old set does not go away but back in the box.
